Since we launched our new, shorter feedback survey in the autumn of 2017, the response rate has been pretty encouraging.
Although it only takes a minute to complete our survey, we know you're all very busy so thank you for taking time out to tell us what you think!
To date we have collected 83 responses. The respondents were split pretty much equally between male and female, with an even spread of age ranges and business sizes. 89% of respondents were business owners.
Obviously it's nice to receive positive feedback, and indeed we have received lots of positive comments. It seems three things you especially value are:
- our friendly yet efficient approach;
- the clarity and timeliness of our communication; and
- the way we try to help make difficult things seem easy.
One respondent also felt we had "good looking staff". Beauty, I suppose, is in the eye of the beholder!
However, we really like to focus on your suggestions for ways to improve and develop the services you receive, so please keep the comments coming!
One or two of you have commented on our quite steep staircase at our office. We know that's been an issue for many of you, and that's why we have been busy developing a lovely new meeting space on the ground floor - hopefully it will be opening in the next few weeks, watch this space!
Another thing some of you have told us is that you could probably do with improving your skill in understanding and interpreting the financials. That's why we have decided to launch a new "Finance fundamentals for business owners" course later this month.
The course is aimed at helping business owners get a better grasp of how to understand and interpret financial information, and also covers some budgeting and forecasting basics.
