Senior Manager
About me - I joined Scholes in 2008, having previously been with Orkney Enterprise as Finance & Administration Manager for a number of years. Prior to this, I was with the Royal Bank of Scotland dealing with all aspects of personal banking.
What I do at Scholes - I manage the administration of the practice, overseeing the day to day operations. My team and I are usually the first points of contact for clients who phone or come into the office, and we try to provide a responsive and friendly service. I spend a lot of time either helping clients with administrative matters, or directing them to someone else in our team for further assistance, and this all helps ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
More about me - I play the bass drum with the Kirkwall City Pipe Band.
