Executive

About me - I graduated from the University of Aberdeen in June 2008 with a teaching qualification, having previously obtained an honours degree in Information Systems Technology. Over the next sixteen and a half years, I taught across various levels and locations. While I continued to enjoy certain aspects of teaching, I eventually realised it was no longer a career I saw myself pursuing in the long term. This led me to revisit a crossroads I had first encountered many years ago, when choosing my Standard Grades at the end of S2. I'm delighted to have been offered a position at Scholes and have recently begun studying towards my ICAS Chartered Accountant qualification.
What I do at Scholes - as a trainee, I am currently studying towards my ICAS qualification. As part of the team, I assist in preparing accounts for sole traders and partnerships.
More about me - outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our dog, Paddington. Before relocating, I had just started getting into the gym, and once I’ve finished decorating my new home, I’m looking forward to getting back into that routine.
