About me - I began working at Scholes in 2007, having previously worked at Alliance & Leicester for 9 years.
What I do at Scholes - I form part of the administration team at Scholes. On a daily basis I provide a first point of contact for our clients, who either call into the office or telephone. I will either assist them with their queries or direct them to one of my colleagues to assist them further. I also provide any other administrative duties required, which can include making appointment, filing, travel arrangement or providing clerical support for any of my colleagues. I also assist with new client procedures once they have been in to discuss their requirements, including completing relevant documents and following our company procedure to ensure our clients records are complete and up to date.
More about me - I grew up on a farm in Westray and spent a lot of my time outside helping or walking along the cliffs and beach. I still enjoy getting out walking with my family. I also enjoy cooking and reading.
