Supervisor
About me - I went to college after school for a year to do my HNC in accounting and got my first accounting job following that with RSM. From there I have spent the last 7 years working my way up to Supervisor and doing my AAT qualifications and about to start ACCA. Now onto the new exciting adventure with Scholes.
What I do at Scholes - As part of the accounts team I do various different jobs. I work with various FRS 102 and 105 accounts jobs as well as charities jobs, work with management accounting, I am one of the VAT managers that oversees a lot of our VAT jobs, I do bookkeeping preparation and do work for some specific client re bank reconciliation as well.
More about me - My biggest hobby is pool where I am the chairperson for the Shetland Association where we also go to international tournaments to compete. I’m also a big football fan and have been apart of the founding of our own local football team here in Shetland and play various sports through the winter months.
