About me - after graduating from Aberdeen University with a MA in Accountancy I completed my CA training with Bower + Smith. On qualifying I moved to a Big 4 firm to specialise in tax and qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser. I returned to Bower + Smith as a Partner in 1998.
What I do at Scholes - I assist our team in Aberdeen and Laurencekirk provide compliance services to our Owner Managed Businesses and personal tax clients. I also provide tax planning and advise over the entire spectrum of taxation including Income Tax, Corporation Tax, PAYE, CIS, Seafarers Tax, Trusts, Inheritance Tax and VAT.
More about me - outside of work I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, reading, pilates and travelling.
