About me – I studied Music at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and graduated with a BEd (Hons) in 2023. I moved to Orkney that summer and began a career in teaching Music at Kirkwall Grammar School and Stromness Academy. I then decided I wanted to pursue a career in Accountancy and joined Scholes CA in 2026, where I will soon begin studying towards my ICAS Chartered Accountant qualification.
What I do at Scholes – As a member of the accounts team I assist in preparing the accounts of clients. I will also be working towards becoming a Chartered Accountant.
More about me – Outside of work you will likely find me out on the hockey pitch either playing as a goalkeeper or coaching the JIC / Dounby teams. Otherwise, most of my remaining free time is spent writing/playing music.
